Our Staff & Employment
The KECP Staff are all Required to have previous early childhood education teaching experience. They must have a passion to nurture and care for children. All Staff Hold MSDE Credentials and they participate in MD Excels.
The are fully MSDE State Certified and Approved to work in childcare.
They are fully background checked and cleared for employment.
Here is a list of some of the various trainings that staff have to complete.
90 Hour Certification for Preschool
45 Hour Certification for Infants and Toddlers
45 Hour Certification in School Age
Americans with Disabilities Act Training
Medication Administration Training
Developmental Screening Overview Training
Emergency Preparedness Training
Breast Feeding Training
CPR & First Aid Certification
COVID 19 Training
Basic Health and Safety Training Certificate
45 Hour Administrative Training is required for Directors
